The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for growing talent needs of the business by ensuring a steady pool of qualified talents for the businesses. In addition, this role assists in the achievement of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) relating to the Recruitment & Selection function, actively endeavors to reduce hiring costs and supports programs and initiatives of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding to ensure we develop positive branding and talent attraction in the market.
This role will work on reviewing and benchmarking of recruitment and selection strategies to ensure capability to respond immediately to the Business talent needs, taking into consideration being able to bring in the best fit talents in the organization.
Key Job Scope:
Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process for the commercial office in Philippines.
Ability to evaluate the Talent landscape and advise HR partner and business managers/leaders on sourcing, and the talent acquisition approach to attract the best fit talents for the organization.
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Use proactive and creative approaches to maintain an active candidate pipeline using a mix of channels including direct network, job boards, social media, university relations and referrals.
Able to formulate plans to attract best fit candidates in the market.
Responsible for Employer Branding initiatives and will handle stretched projects for continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
Preparation of Compensation Proposal and manage offer discussion/negotiations with stakeholders and candidates.
Ensure compliance to all internal service level agreements and HR/TA policies and guidances.
Who would be successful?
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in commercial and technical recruitment in a MNC environment.
Ability to work effectively in a fast pace, matrix and complex working environment.
Working knowledge of ATS, job boards, social media and recruiting channels.
Strong customer-centric mind set, attention to detail and good prioritization skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good business acumen and strong consulting skills to engage and influence the hiring managers and candidates.
Good project management and multi-tasking skills.
Key relationships (internal): Recruitment Administrators, HR Administrators, HR Systems Specialist, HR Advisers and Business Partners, Business / Line Leaders and Supervisors and Country President.
Key relationships (external): Schools/ University Administrators, Public Employment Service Officer and Recruitment Vendors/Partners.
